Deka is the owner of officebuiliding Wijnhaven 23 in Rotterdam. The building was completely refurbisched in 2010 and the building footprint is approximately 1.889 sq. meters. Leased by Rebel, the office offers open floor plans with lots of facilities in the building voor their employees. Amongst these facilities are a large rooftop terrace and a conservertory. 

Part of the sustainability ambitions of Deka, is to certify their buildings in accordance with the BREEAM method. With this certification and a Good-score, Deka shows their commitment to their goals and are working to achieve a greener real estate portfolio.
