With the BREEAM-NL assessment TomTom's business strategy is translated into best-practices for sustainable real estate and facility management. The assessment and certification project was initiated and lead by single tenant TomTom with contributions of the landlord's property management, Savills Nederland, on the asset and management part.

TomTom's office building is located in the heart of Amsterdam on the Oosterdokeiland nearby Amsterdam Centraal and consists of ten floors and an elevator connection to a commercial parking beneath the building. The company restaurant is located on the second floor. Multiple meeting rooms, pantry's, open office environments and private offices spaces are located on the upper floors. HVAC installations are located on the first floor and rooftop.
