With the BREEAM-NL assessment TomTom's business strategy is translated into best-practices for sustainable real estate and facility management. The assessment and certification project was initiated and lead by single tenant TomTom with contributions of the landlord's property management, Savills Nederland, on the asset and management part.
TomTom's office building is located at the High Tech Campus, known as smartest square kilometer of Europe, which is a smart hub for the Tech Industry. The multiple tenant building High Tech Campus 25 (HTC25) consists of six halls, TomTom leases hall 1 located on the west side of de building next to the Dommel river. Hall 1 consists of 3 floors, the ground floor and 1st floor have the same building footprint while the 2nd and 3rd floor stretch over hall 2 on the east side. Multiple meeting rooms, pantry's, open office environments and private office spaces are located on each floor. A workshop with mechanical equipement and car parking facilities, EMC room and canteen are located on the ground floor. HVAC installations are located on the second floor and rooftop. The Campus terrain is a private property with it's own highway and public transport connections and many shared facilities including parking facilities, shops, restaurants and security services.
