Terrace Tower in Amsterdam is a unique office building situated in the Zuidas district, designed by the renowned architectural firm BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group. Its architecture features a stepped, terraced facade created by staggered roof levels, giving the building a dynamic geometric shape. The structure supports private terraces across several floors, integrating significant greenery into the urban core. Its strategic location near major transport links, such as the RAI Convention Centre and RAI Station, further enhances its appeal as a central hub for business and daily city life. The building has an EPC rating of A++++, demonstrating its high sustainability standards. Along with all the efficiency and sustainability features, its sustainability strategy is strengthened by solar panels on the roof.
Terrace Tower has 13 above-ground floors for offices, supported by two basement levels for vehicle parking. Bicycle parking is available on both the ground floor and mezzanine level. The building is occupied by two main tenants: JetBrains and Suitsupply. JetBrains occupies floors 3 through 12, while Suitsupply occupies floors 1, 2, and 13. All office floors are equipped with individual submeters for electricity, HVAC, and central heating, all connected to the Building Management System (BMS). Technical areas are primarily located on the ground floor, with supporting systems in the basement levels and on the 12th floor.
