Constructed in 2005, the SOM Building is part of the Mahler4 development, situated at the Zuidas in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The project measures circa 18.000m2; comprising multi-tenant offices, and a ground floor lobby. The building has 7 floors.

The project boasts high-quality public transport connections, due to its favourable location, a green roof, district heating and cooling via WKO, amongst other sustainability considerations.
