MEAG have in their Dutch portfolio the Light Line building, located at the Houtsingel in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands. The complex was built in 1989, originally intended as a single tenant building. The total lettable floor is 16.106 square meters, divided over 6 interconnected buildings, named building 1 up to building 6. Stichting Pensioenfonds Horeca & Catering have recently signed a lease agreement with MEAG for the lease of 2.495 square meters of floor space in buildings 5 and 6 of the Light Line complex, together with 25 parking places in the garage, plus 55 parking places on the parking area inside the premises. This lease-agreement has initiated the need for a renovation of the leased areas.
