[NL] Koopman realiseert een nieuw logistiek centrum in de vorm van een crossdock, pakkethal, werkplaats en hoofdkantoor naast de A7 op het groene bedrijventerrein Leeksterveld. Vanuit deze strategische locatie verzorgt Koopman diverse logistieke processen – van autotransport tot fijnmazige distributie – met een sterke focus op duurzaamheid in Noord-Nederland. Het project is zorgvuldig ingepast in de omgeving, met veel aandacht voor een natuurlijke uitstraling en landschappelijke inpassing.

Om de elektrificatie van haar vloot van vrachtwagens te realiseren, is het pand uitgerust met een innovatief energieconcept. Dit omvat zonne-energie, DC-snelladers en batterijopslag, die op intelligente wijze worden aangestuurd door een Energy Management System (EMS) voor het efficiënt beheren van de energiehuishouding.

[EN] Koopman is developing a new logistics center next to the A7 on the green business park Leeksterveld. The facility consists of a cross-dock, parcel hall, truck workshop, and headquarters. From this strategic location, Koopman handles a variety of logistics processes – from vehicle transport to fine-mesh distribution – with a strong focus on sustainability across the northern Netherlands. The project is carefully integrated into its surroundings, with attention to a natural and sustainable appearance.

To enable the electrification of its fleet of trucks, the building is equipped with an innovative energy concept. This includes solar energy, DC fast chargers, and battery storage, all intelligently managed by an Energy Management System (EMS) to optimize energy usage.
