Constructed in 2005, the ITO Tower is part of the Mahler4 development, situated at the Zuidas in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The project includes approximately 34,500 m2 of lettable space; including multi-tenant offices, a ground floor lobby, and restaurant function. The tower has 23 floors and is 100 meters high.

The project boasts high-quality public transport connections, due to its favorite location, a green roof, district heating and cooling via WKO, amongst other sustainability considerations.
