European Logistics Corridor Logistics Center is a modern distribution center on the Distripark Dordrecht industrial estate. Combining office and industrial space. The building was constructed according to the BREEAM guidelines. Thus, it got a BREEAM “Excellent” New Construction certificate in 2022.  

Distripark Dordrecht is located directly on the A16, with connection to the N3, and the A15 provides an excellent base for both the Randstad and West Brabant. The surrounding regions of Rotterdam and the Randstad together form Europe’s largest international logistics, Smart Industry, and maritime network.
