The assessment delivers BREEAM In-Use Part 1 for the the shopping centre Entre Deux, located in the centre of historic Maastricht. The asset is composed of three buildings which share the same construction year, heating and cooling. The BIU assessments considers the common areas of the buildings, including the outdoors areas, staff areas, propertymanagement offices and technical rooms.
