In addition to Eindhoven DC1 (approx. 55,000 sqm) and Eindhoven DC2 (approx. 70,000 sqm) Prologis Park construction of DC3 (approx. 27,000 sqm) is currently underway.

GDC-Noord is located just to the north west of Eindhoven and is a genuinely multimodal site with easy access to four major motorways – the A2, A50, A58 and A67. The local zoning plan also provides dedicated slip roads access to the Eindhoven ring road (A2), while a rail connection is provided with a terminal on the Rotterdam – Eindhoven line.
