The  Paardekooper distribution center covers 29.914m², divided into warehouse, 3,656 m² mezzanine and 2,513 m² office. The DC has 25 loading docks, is 12.2 meters high and is equipped with solar panels. The high degree of sustainability is emphasized with a GPR 8.0 certificate and A++++ label. The office will serve as the new headquarters of the Royal Paardekooper Group.
