MEAG have in their Dutch portfolio the "De Entree 222" building, located at the De Entree in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The complex was built in 2001. The total lettable floor is 17.591 square meters. DAS have recently signed a lease agreement with MEAG for the lease of the total building. This lease-agreement has initiated the need for a renovation of the leased areas.
