The building situated at De Cuserstraat 85 consists of a basement, a ground floor and one upper floor. The parking garage is partly situated underneath this office building. Similar to the number 83 building, this asset has a concrete foundation, concrete floors and a flat roof which is covered with bitumen as well as gravel and some concrete tile pathways. The facades consist of brick work of coarse stacked natural stone bricks. The building has aluminium window frames with HR++ double glazing.
