The comparison shops are located on the West side of the city center, adjacent to the city ring road and the A1 shopping area of Amersfoort. This is the prime area in Amersfoort, as major retailers such as Hudon's Bay (opening March 2018), H&M and Sting are located here.

Accessibility is excellent, within walking distance of the Central Station and multiple public transport stops. Under the square in front of the shops, a paid parking garage is located. Subject retail units are sheltered from further competition due to the central location and non-availability of empty plots to erect new buildings.

The center is developed in 2000, comprising 35 retail units and a parking garage operated by Q-park. Due to the parking garage, the vast majority of the people start shopping in one of the subject shops. The majority of the retailers are focused on the middle to mid-high segment.
