Prologis Park Botlek DC1 & DC2 is located in the Port 
of Rotterdam, Europe’s largest seaport and the main 
gateway to the European market. Because of its 
central location in the Netherlands and its great 
infrastructure network, the Rotterdam area has

national distribution centers and also benefits from 
excellent multi-modal transportation connections, 
including its own barge terminal. 

The new  development at Prologis Park Botlek is 
situated along A15 with direct access and the 600-
meter long rear façade of the building is facing the 
A15 highway, which gives it a unique visibility along 
one of the most trafficked highways in the 
Netherlands. The A15 serves as the main east-west 
arterial from the heart of the Port of Rotterdam to the 
Rhine-Ruhr area of Germany. Furthermore, the 
building is approximately 8 kilometers (5.0 miles) west 
from the A4 highway, which is the main north-south 
arterial to The Hague and Amsterdam, and 
approximately 17 kilometers (10.6 miles) west from 
the A29 highway, which connects the property to 
Antwerp (Belgium).
